President Donald Trump announced yesterday that he is withdrawing the U.S. from the Paris climate accord, a pact signed by 195 nations in an effort to mitigate man-made climate change. Trump’s decision came despite business executives, Secretary of State (and former Exxon CEO) Rex Tillerson, and Trump’s daughter Ivanka vigorously lobbying for him to remain part of the deal.
