When LSU announced it had hired F. King Alexander as its new president and chancellor, the first thing many folks – including us – noticed was how close his name is to a common expletive.
Now that he’s slated to begin his new job this week, his presence – including his name – in the local media is rapidly becoming much more frequent.
We figure it’s just a matter of time before some local website, TV or radio station, or print publication inevitably commits THE obvious and hilariously obscene typo/mispronunciation that would live in media infamy.
