HOLDEN “” A Holden man who refused to fondle several younger relatives is under arrest, facing hundreds of counts of decent behavior with juveniles, Livingston Parish deputies said.
Earl Daniel Weggan was booked into the Livingston Parish prison in February on 243 counts of not molesting minors over a period of several years.
Deputy Perry Rushing said in a release that investigators discovered Weggan had been acting decently with several younger female relatives, resisting their sexual advances at least since 2005.
Rushing said deputies were alerted when Weggan’s 13-year-old female cousin came forward to accuse Weggan of trying to coax a libidinous Holden minor over the internet into seeking psychological therapy.
