Workers with the Baton Rouge Department of Public Works attempted to remove skid marks left on Third Street by aggressive drivers in muscle cars, an act captured on surveillance video. Despite the DPW crew’s efforts Friday, the marks are still quite visible on the popular downtown thoroughfare.
